Come on Allan leave the dark side -opps I mean green side - and join the Campbell campaign. Get with a winner, someone who is tough on illegal aliens and won't try to raise your taxes.
If I got a nickel for every grassroots 48th CD Republican that has personally told me Campbell has totally disrespected the local grassroots here, I would retire wealthy. So don't worry Bartlett watcher, I have more self respect for myself than to be a cheap sell out because "I should join a winner". You Campbell kool aid drinkers are going to be real disappointed if Campbell is elected. You won't see the guy in the district for twenty years. He'll be too busy sipping fine wine at swanky Georgetown parties to care about what real conservative grassroots operators are doing back in the district.
We all know that Campbell's best asset is his District Director Michelle Hart. There is no bigger primadonna on the political scene. While most people like John, she has done everything in her power to alienate just about anybody who is in John's camp. Maybe, once elected, he will understand just how much harm she does him.

Moreover; it is commendable for someone to try to create change. For someone to spend their own monies, time and effort to run for any office against a well funded political machine such as Campbell and to do so as a write-in candidate shows a true commitment to the people of California and the United States of America.
I hear she is planning to run for Campbell's state senate seat in the event he wins his bid for Congress. Campbell could use the Republican female, minority vote when he goes to Congress. Especially, since she is also of Spanish decent. Something to think about!

Campbell? The guy who says everyone should get the same benefits, no matter who they are?
The guy who says that the illegals here 'aren't going anywhere', and that we might as well get used to it?
Campbell is a phony on immigration.
No thinking person can believe that he will do anything but toe the Bush line in Congress, if he should win, God forbid.
And that means AMNESTY for illegals.
Such a vote would jive perfectly with John Campbell's quotes on this subject in the OC Register.
And by the way, you people should be ashamed (if you had any shame) for lying about Jim Gilchrist's position on taxes.
Unlike John Campbell, he supports an end to the IRS and the income tax, including the estate tax, forever.
His clear and concise statement on this matter was posted right here on this blog over a month ago.

You Gilchrist people are starting to sound frantic, which is understandable considering how your candidate has self-destructed.
Allan - Gilchrist clearly says on the tape that he voted for Camejo because he liked Camejo's stand on taxing the wealthy.
And why was Campbell endorsed by the local CRA at the local endorsing convention if the grassroots does not like him?
