Catchy slogan there, Tan

Cleaning up the office at Lurk Manor this aft, and I remembered I'd met Tan a while back -- I think I was the one of the few to talk to him that night as the Republican regulars were looking the other way as he tried to work the crowd.  But I liked his card, especially the catchy slogan on the back:

Perhaps Tan can "tell it like it is"...

FROM JAIL!

Nixon had a bumpy start in politics, why not Tan. Some day you will all be visiting his presidential library and saying you knew him when....

One would have to be pretty stupid to believe Tan story.

Besides, I really couldn't understand him--- There should be a law that you should be able to speak proper english in order to run for office. j/k I didn't mean that, I just translated that previous sentence from Japanese. Give me a break

That's the garbage that many of his now supporters believe. To those neo nazi followers how does it feel to have your surpreme leader talk to you but you can't understand him.

"There should be a law that you should be able to speak proper English in order to run for office"

If Tran Sergio Nguyen really wants to cut down on illegal immigrants he should raid every nail salon in Orange County. You girls know what I'm talking about...

[What to expect in an O.C. nail salon]

1. "Maeekew o paeekew"
Translation: Would you like a manicure or a pedicure today?

2) "Yoo ge' paeekew loo'goo'"
Translation: Are you sure I can't interest you in a pedicure? It sure would look good with that manicure, besides I didn't pay a smuggler to get me out of Vientnam for this chump change.

2) "Fwen ti o' kolo"
Translation: Would you like a natural french tip manicure or do you prefer nail polish instead?

3) "Twel olla'"
Translation: Pay up sucker you owe me twelve bucks.

...and let's not forget about the massage parlors scattered throughout central O.C which are essentially linked to the Asian mafia; mainly Anaheim and Garden Grove....90% of the girls caught doing something other than massage, are usually---wait for it--Asian immigrants.

Oh,the irony.

Great catchy slogan for Tran – “ Not Afraid to tell it like it is” ….seems the third part did not come through:

“NOT AFRAID TO TELL IT LIKE IT AIN’T”
