Democrats Sent The Warning Letter To Voters In The 34th SD!

The investigation from the Democrat Attorney General won’t go far beyond today’s headlines because Democrat dirty tricksters sent the now infamous letter to voters in the 34th Senate District.

Allow me to offer my evidence, which, although circumstantial, is considerably more powerful than the weak, whiny case made by Chris Prevatt and the herd response by some in the media.

My theory is based on the tremendous analytical tools at my disposal developed from 23 years of taxpayer-funded training as a military intelligence officer (Note to the perpetually humorless: tongue firmly planted in cheek). My logical reasoning, certainly more valid than Prevatt’s, advances along these lines:

We need to ask a few questions.

  1. How many letters were sent and to whom?
  2. Who benefits from this?
  3. Why was the media primed and ready to go?

It is obvious to anyone with a bit of independent thought that a few hundred letters were sent out by a Democrat dirty trick squad desperate to boost the flagging fortunes of Supervisor Lou Correa’s losing campaign.

Isn’t it amazing how this letter comes along just as Supervisor Correa voted against Sheriff Carona’s very reasonable plan to check the immigration status of violent felons in our County jail system. When a letter like this can potentially shift the debate in the 34th Senate District race from Supervisor Correa’s bad vote to the boogeyman of GOP racism, it should be apparent even to the press who sent it.

Oh, and Mr. Attorney General, you can spare the taxpayer funded witch hunt, I just cracked this case for you!

All the best,

Chuck---are you sure there's no contact high from hemp?

Great minds think alike, Assemblyman. See my comment on the previous post.

I haven't worn the hemp shirt my wife gave to me for at least a week. I am clean and my mind is clear!

well there goes that theory.......

I'm sure this may be the first time you've heard this but Chuck, you're starting to sound a little like Bill Dalati's buddy, Cynthia McKinney on one of her 09/11 "Truth" Movement hallucinations......

Chuck you losing it!

Dude, you are a elected official so you need
to act like one.

Wait to the investigation over before commiting to the conspiracy theory side.

Funny how Lou was stumping down at the Santa Ana Council meeting last night.

Loretta even showed up for a photo opportunity.

And all of this made Carlos Bustamante happy, as his ideological leaders were there for him to enjoy.

c'mon Chuck ... this is proof positive that politicians aren't funny.

This reminds me of 2004 when the Dems accused Rove of planting forged documents on Bush's (lack of) military service.

You have no proof and no evidence.

Shouldn't you be home packing for when Agran and Krom bulldoze your house so a new Starbucks can go up in your neighborhood? Good luck finding a place to park.....

To the anonymous poster at 1:56 PM,

So, let me get this straight – because I am an elected official, I am supposed to stand idly by while an investigation that will likely never be completed, and if so, not until long after the election, grinds out, helping generate newspaper stories like the one in today’s O.C. Register? Stories where the taxpayer-paid Attorney General Lockyer spokesman Nathan Barankin says, "It raises very serious legal issues and it's what we're going to aggressively investigate over the next few days." And then conveniently notes that new state laws were enacted because Orange County was the site of similar tactics 20 years ago.

Oh, and Democratic State Sen. Gloria Romero then insinuates that Republicans are behind the letter because of the history of such tactics in Orange County.

It seems to me that Attorney General Lockyer and Sen. Romero are already blaming the GOP. So, why can’t I blame the Democrats. My opinion has as much, if not more validity as I live in Orange County and my analysis is based on firmer reasoning than theirs.

Yes, and what did the Democrats know about Mark Foley and when did they know it???

I am appalled that an elected assemblyman would make such accusations.

Chuck - go back to shoveling manure in Irvine. You are clueless to the goings on in Central OC and the history. This drivil is nothing more than a rovian tactic and Dems don't play that way.

This drivil is nothing more than a rovian tactic and Dems don't play that way.

I think you mean "drivel." As for the rest of your point, I would ask: what parallel universe do you live in?

I was thinking "Rovian" ought to be capitalized -- sort of like "Clintonian," as in "It's a Clintonian tactic to boldly lie about the obvious."

Wait a minute, Chuck...

Who ever said Lou is losing in that race currently???

I walked Santa Ana & Anaheim last weekend and Daucher is only known by the fact "R"'s are not planning on voting for her.

I posted this yesterday, but it disappeared.

So it would be Clintonian to say, as Dick Cheney said on the Limbaugh proigram yesterday, that "thing are going extremely well in Iraq."

Hey Chuck-
Where's your apology to Correa?
Not all candidates play dirty like the Reps here in OC.
