Last Day Of Nguyen v. Nguyen Trial...At Least In Superior Court

I feel like death warmed over, but I managed to drag myself down to Department C20 of OC Superior Court in order to witness the final act of Nguyen v. Nguyen - OC Superior Court edition.

I was late, however, and so missed most of Mike Schroeder's closing arguments, aimed at convincing Judge Michael Brenner that due process and state election law obligate him to invalidate the recount as incomplete.

On the bright side, my being late means I couldn't video tape the entire argument -- and so I'm able to use the lunch break to upload the closing of Schroeder's closing and his questioning by Judge Brenner.

Judge Brenner recessed for lunch since there was no way Janet Nguyen attorney Phil Greer and Deputy County Counsel Leon Page would be able to give their closing arguments -- which together total about 45 minutes -- before Noon.

You just have to be patient. Sometimes it takes YouTube a while to process an uploaded video, depending on how busy their site is -- and this is what it looks like until it is ready to go.
