AD60 Watch: A Third Candidate In The GOP Primary?

FR Blogger Mike Spence writes that he was at a San Gabriel Valley Lincoln Club meeting this morning and heard a third candidate may join Chino Hill Councilman Curt Hagman and Municipal Water District of OC Director Larry Dick in the 60th Assembly District GOP primary (h/t to Red County/San Bernardino):

It was none other than La Habra Heights Councilman Stan Carroll. I pretty sure he has been elected at least two times to the council. Stan is a professor at Rio Hondo College and a former prosecutor in San Bernardino. Did I mention the district included parts of three counties? (SB, LA and the OC).
